Message	I drove up one weekend to check it out. Left the guy with a deposit. Went home, got a loan, got it insured, got a friend to drive me back. In VA, you can go on the DMV website and print out a form to tape in the window that allows you to move the car from point A to point B with no tags. You can't then drive it around on that though; got to register it at home, of course. You don't have to live in a bubble just because someone else caught the flu.
